DTX-LG produces miniature linear guides that are interchangeable with Hiwin MGN rails, IKO miniature linear guide, and most other brands. Our mini linear rail systems reach P-class precision, ensuring smooth and accurate motion for demanding applications.
Rails are available in standard carbon steel or stainless steel. While stainless steel offers better corrosion resistance, regular lubrication and maintenance are still necessary. For harsh environments, DTX-LG provides hard chrome plating and chemical black chrome as low-cost anti-rust solutions.
We supply linear guideway rails up to 6 meters long. Rails under 1 meter achieve 9-micron running accuracy. Distributors benefit from stocked full-length rails, which can be custom-cut to reduce lead time and speed up delivery.
