The DTX-LG SGH international standard heavy duty linear guide block is engineered for compatibility with leading brands such as the HIWIN linear guide block (HGH series), IKO linear carriage, and the LM Guide THK HSR series (including THK HSR 20, HSR 35 THK).

While the SGH block alone does not reach the ultra-high precision of complete linear guide rail & carriage assemblies, it remains a highly reliable interchangeable option. This makes it an excellent solution if you or your customers need to replace square-type rail blocks in existing systems from other manufacturers.

The SGH heavy duty linear block provides accuracy up to P-class, with height and width tolerances within 0.05mm and travel accuracy within 21μm over 4 meters. For applications requiring higher precision, the SG series linear guide rail & carriage assemblies are available with SP/UP grades.
Available in sizes 15/20/25/30/35/45/55/65, the SGH linear carriage dimensions match most linear rail and carriage products on the market. For interchangeability, the corresponding guide rail is the SGR series, while the flange type version is the SGW.
