Unlike the SGR linear rail, it features a low-profile linear guide rail that provides exceptional stability and high load-bearing capacity. This compact linear motion rail can undergo multiple surface treatments, including black chrome plating, electroplating chrome (white chrome), and blackening. Following treatment, the guides pass a rigorous 72-hour salt spray test, ensuring excellent rust and corrosion resistance, which significantly extends the lifespan of the product.
Additionally, the DTX-LG guide is crafted with precision using a 17-axis fully automated drilling machine, guaranteeing a consistent rail joint gap of less than 0.1mm. This ensures smooth motion and precise alignment, even in high-performance environments.
