Who We Are

DTX-LG since 1990 was founded in 2015 and has grown into a comprehensive manufacturer of linear motion components, offering a wide range of products including linear guides, ball screws, linear modules, and linear motors.

In 2021, DTX-LG invested in and built a 32,000-square-meter integrated factory center in  Suzhou, China, combining design, R&D, production, and sales under one roof—marking a new chapter in the company’s development.

Advanced Manufacturing & Strong Production Capacity

DTX-LG has established a highly efficient and precise manufacturing system, equipped with:

  • 12 fully-integrated three-face grinding production lines

  • 8 ball groove grinding lines with one-time forming capability

  • Dozens of supporting precision processing machines

  • In-house developed automatic precision inspection systems for guide blocks

These facilities enable DTX-LG to achieve an annual production capacity of 200,000 sets and an annual sales volume exceeding 200 million RMB.

Tailored Solutions for Demanding Industries

To meet the specific requirements of laser equipment, lithium battery production, photovoltaic systems, and EV battery swapping mechanisms, DTX-LG offers customized solutions focused on:

  • Corrosion and rust resistance

  • High temperature resistance (up to 260°C) and low temperature tolerance (-40°C)

  • High speed and acceleration (up to 5m/s²)

  • Heavy load capacity and high dust protection

Through innovations in materials, heat treatment processes, surface finishing, and the adoption of fully metal returners in sliders, DTX-LG products operate reliably even in harsh environments such as wood dust and metal debris. They achieve service life of 2,000–5,000 km, and have been successfully applied by numerous leading companies across industries.
